The homeowner or property manager must notify the Association office immediately upon a change of property manager. Failure to do so may result in unauthorized access to the property. By checking the box below, the homeowner authorizes the property manager to act on the homeowner's behalf to care for and access the property as needed, and agrees to hold HILLC dba Four Seasons Resort Hualalai and its employees, Four Seasons Hotels, Ltd., the HCA and HRMLLC harmless for any damage or loss that may occur from the issuance of the permit.
